Hostinger KVM 4
The new VPS everything runs on. The Hostinger account is set up and paid, under josh@poleyard.co.za.
Dokploy
Deployment platform to be installed on the KVM. The frontend will be deployed here, with Vercel available as an alternative under the same account.
Supabase (self-hosted)
- Set up Supabase on the KVM, migrate the existing Supabase across, and run tests.
- Switch live traffic over to the new Supabase after hours once tests pass.
- The blogs feature will be built on Supabase.
- Supabase acts as the middleman between the iDrive buckets and the public — nothing serves files straight from the buckets.
iDrive storage
Two buckets:
- One for the Koolify server
- One for Chatwoot
Chatwoot
Currently on the Koolify server — to be migrated off onto the new stack, with its storage bucket on iDrive.
n8n
Automation platform, to be set up as part of the new stack.
Standards
Before switchover, every service must be up to standard: keys rotated and recorded, env files complete, and everything documented in the wiki and handover tab.
