The goal: after the migration, The Pole Yards can run everything without Ja-Nice Media. That only works if the handover is complete.
Documentation rules
- Document everything — every service, every decision.
- Record it in this wiki and in the handover tab.
- Keys and env files must be complete, up to standard and recorded before switchover.
Access sheet
One sheet with every account and password used in the setup. See Accounts & Access for the account list; the sheet itself lives outside this wiki.
Hosting handover
The Pole Yards moves off the Ja-Nice cPanel and onto their own Xneelo hosting ("haal hulle van ons cPanel en sit hulle op hulle Xneelo").
Site polish
- The wiki gets a login screen.
- Everything styled in the Ja-Nice and Pole Yards themes.
Team
James, Leeroy and Chanelle each get their own logins once the access structure is in place.
