One identity everywhere: every service is registered under josh@poleyard.co.za and signed into with Google wherever possible.
⚠️ No passwords in this wiki. Credentials go in the access sheet (still to be created) — this page only records which accounts exist and how to reach them.

Billing
- A virtual credit card is used for payments on the Hostinger account.
- Ja-Nice Media covers the first month of billing.
- On 31 July 2026 Ja-Nice Media's cards are removed from all accounts.
Team access
Logins still need to be created for:

Access sheet
⬜ Create a single access sheet listing every account, username and password used in the setup. Store it securely (not in this wiki) and reference it from the handover tab.
